We are the data controller for the personal information described below.
What we collect
- Order information – name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, and the items you bought. We need this to accept and fulfil an order.
- Payment information – handled entirely by our payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers; we receive only the result of the transaction and the last four digits for reconciliation.
- Account information – if you create an account, your email address, a hashed password and your saved addresses.
- Usage information – pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and an IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages you send us – the contents of support emails and contact form submissions.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To take payment, fulfil your order and give you support – performance of a contract.
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the shop secure – legitimate interests.
- To keep accounting, tax and customs records – legal obligation.
- To measure how the shop is used and to show and measure advertising – consent, which you can withdraw at any time through our cookie controls.
- To send marketing email – consent. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who need it to run the shop:
- Suppliers and fulfilment partners, who receive the name, delivery address and order contents needed to ship your parcel. Some of them are located outside your country.
- Payment providers, who process your payment and run their own fraud checks.
- Shipping carriers, for delivery and tracking.
- Hosting, email and analytics providers, who process data on our instructions.
- Advertising platforms, where you have consented to marketing cookies, so we can measure campaigns and show relevant ads.
- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Because our suppliers and service providers operate internationally, your information may be transferred outside your country of residence. Where that happens from the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically 6-7 years.
- Account data: until you ask us to delete the account.
- Support messages: 2 years from the last contact.
- Analytics and advertising identifiers: up to 14 months, or until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, ask us to delete it, and ask us to correct it. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising without your consent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@kdev.mrwp.co.il. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Children
The shop is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider, and access to order data is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell you by email or by a notice on the site.
